- Extensive wood framing repairs, including replacement of damaged members within the truss floor system across 16 buildings
- Interior drywall repairs within designated work areas
- Replaced failing windows identified by the engineer with Hurricane-rated impact windows
- Repaired and replaced interior gypsum board in affected areas
- Installation of sheathing, and water-resistant barriers where required
- Installation of new Hardie lap siding and Hardie Panel siding and restored exterior stucco finishes to match existing conditions
- Sealed all repaired areas
- Identified and reported any unforeseen structural or material damage to the Engineer of Record for further direction
- Maintained compliance with all project specifications and construction standards
