I&E’s General Manager, Chris Baidenmann, has over 15 years of building envelope experience ranging from new development quality assurance and warranty claim management to building system failure analysis, remediation design, and third-party oversight. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and applies a high level of optimization and efficiency to complex processes and analysis involved in construction projects and forensic evaluation such as diagnostic testing and project strategy. His involvement with hundreds of different projects on both the West and East coasts has enabled him to coordinate and work in multiple disciplinary teams through the assessment of commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
Chris is known for applying building inspection technology such as thermography, hygrothermal studies and modeling, architectural isolation testing, and drone technology. He uses these methods to efficiently and effectively obtain the information required to accurately assess and interpret project data, critical to developing solutions for the integration of building systems, people, equipment, energy, knowledge, time, and money.
